RANDY A. BERG,
Mr. Berg received his Bachelor’s Degree, with highest honors, from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1981, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in 1984, where he authored several articles that were published in the Loyola Law Journal. He also co-authored an article for a California Law Journal regarding discovery issues in California. Mr. Berg has served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Lawrence Waddington and the Hon. Irving Shimer of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Berg's practice focuses on defense of healthcare professionals, skilled nursing facilities, residential care facilities and hospitals. In addition, Mr. Berg lectures and provides in-services/training for skilled and residential nursing facilities. Mr. Berg’s practice also involves business and coverage litigation in the field of health care. Prior to joining Gittler & Bradford, Mr. Berg was with the firms of Schell & Delamer and Lavely & Singer. Mr. Berg practices in both California and Nevada.
