MARVIN G. FISCHLER,

Mr. Fischler received his Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law in 1982 with distinction (honors), and was admitted to the Order of the Coif, a national law honor society consisting of the top 10% of the class. Mr. Fischler obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College in 1979. Mr. Fischler has won several appeals and has one published opinion from the Second District. Mr. Fischler is admitted to the California Bar, the United States District Court for the Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit. He sits as a judge pro tem and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Pasadena Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Prior to joining Gittler & Berg, Mr. Fischler specialized in insurance defense and construction litigation as a senior trial attorney at Hosp, Gilbert, Bergsten & Phillips. Mr. Fischler is eligible for membership in ABOTA .
